Resident Technical Officer (Residential Development)

1. Minimum 5 years site experience on residential condominium projects, including ERSS, PBU and precast works.

2. Experience in inspection and clearance of both structural and architectural finishing works, as well as apartment unit handover from contractor to developer.

3. Experience in inspecting defect rectification management works during the post-TOP period for condominium projects.

4. Registered with IES/ACES as an Accredited Resident Technical Officer.

5. Good knowledge of local authority standards and acceptable finishing tolerances.

6. Good team player, with the ability to oversee and ensure contractors complete defect rectification within stipulated timelines.

7. Preferably with experience in working with marine clay condition and grout mix pile.
