Roles & Responsibilities:
- You are to carry out construction supervision of construction works as required under the BCA regulations
- You are to ensure that the design documentation is safely & accurately implemented on site
- You are responsible for the co-ordination of work on site and ensure construction safety
- You will undertake any other related duties as instructed by the Project Managers
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from Singapore or other tertiary institutions
- National Certificate on Construction Supervision from BCA or equivalent preferred
- Possess at least 10 years of construction site experience
- Registered as Resident Technical Officer accredited by IES/ACES
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Proficient in Primavera Project Planning Tool
- Familiar in Primavera Project Planning Tool
- Familiar with local codes & regulations
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
