Resident Technical Officer (C&S)

1. Scope of work: To supervise both Civil and Structural works and Architectural works.

2. Brief descriptions of works:

i)New padel court supported on piles on the slope

ii)Conversion of planter to a new ramp to the padel court

iii)Side gate with steps/ramp to higher adjacent road

iv)BBQ Pavillion at the existing timber deck area

v)Raising of existing swimming pool base for shallower pool water depth

vi)Other landscape improvements

3.Requirements:

Shall have minimum 3 years of working experiences in supervision works.

Shall need to attend to night work and urgent site matters.

Be conversant in local legislation , regulation and codes.

Project title- A&A work to the common area at 1ST STOREY OF THE COLONNADE, 82 GRANGE ROAD.

Duration of engagement: 1 year Estimated to start work in May'2026

(If the project completes earlier, the engagement may terminate upon such early completion of the project.)
