Job Summary
You will oversee construction activities at Changi Terminal 1, ensuring compliance with standards, managing project progress, and coordinating stakeholders to deliver safe, high-quality infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage construction activities for drainage systems, pavement, taxiways, and runways to ensure project objectives are met
- Conduct regular inspections to verify quality control and adherence to project specifications
- Ensure compliance with Singapore standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and maintain smooth project progress
- Monitor project progress by tracking budget and schedule, and report updates to relevant parties
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel
- Work independently and collaboratively within teams to achieve project goals
- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders to facilitate project coordination and issue resolution
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Resident Technical Officer in construction projects
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proficiency in project management and construction supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
