Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough site inspections to verify compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements under the Building Control Act and Regulations
- Review, evaluate, and assess method statements to ensure safe and effective execution of construction activities
- Supervise and enforce site quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship and materials
- Coordinate site works proactively to uphold construction safety and minimize risks to personnel and assets
- Collaborate with relevant authorities and stakeholders to fulfill statutory duties and project requirements
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum diploma in Civil or Structural discipline.
- Accredited by JAC of IES/ACES as Qualified Site Supervisor (RTO-C&S)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience supervising civil works similar in nature
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience working on LTA projects is preferred.
