To assist in carrying out regular supervision of Structural installation.
To ensure that all Structural installation works at site are carried out in accordance with approved plans, building-by-laws and contract specifications.
To assist the Engineers to supervise the contractors and co-ordinate with consultants to ensure work on site is done to achieve the objectives of quality and timeliness.
You are required to take prompt action to ensure contractor rectify poor quality materials or items that are in use which may lead to poor reception nor cause unnecessary defects to the surrounding Structural installations.
To ensure proper implementation of instructions and plans from Engineers.
To submit site reports on projects performance and progress on a weekly basis.
Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or approved equivalent from a recognised tertiary institution
At least 10 years working experience with at least 5 years experience as a Resident Technical Officer
Supervise excavation, steel works, reinforced concrete and pre caste.
