To carry out site supervision and inspection of the works including any off-site manufacturing as instructed by the consultant team so as to ensure that the works are constructed to require quality and accuracy.
To monitor progress of the works on site and at any off-site manufacturing facilities and report delays immediately.
To provide standing supervision as and when directed by the consultant team.
To check services routes and contractor's setting out and report any deviations to the consultant team.
To verify reports and claims submitted by contractors.
To record all variations as instructed or approved by consultant team.
Candidate must be registered with BCA/IES as Resident Technical Officer.
Candidate with QM and/or CONQUAS certification will also be preferred.
At least 8 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Experience in precast, structural steel works is required,
Required skills:-
Supervision in Concrete construction, structural steel construction, precast construction, bored piles and driver/jacked-n piles. Supervision of architectural works, quality control.
