Resident Technical Officer (Building)

Requirements:

- Possess a recognized Civil/Structural Engineering diploma acceptable for registration with IES/ACES

- Accredited with IES/ACES with a valid Resident Technical Officer Practicing Certificate.

- Minimum five(5) years of C&S RTO work experience supervising multi-storey buildings, with strong knowledge of bored piling, precast building construction, structural steel, ERSS(earth retaining stabilizing structure) and architectural works.

- Experience in residential projects will be an added advantage.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.

- A good team player and experience in assisting Resident Engineer in supervision.
