Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from Singapore or other tertiary institutions
National Certificate on Construction Supervision from BCA or equivalent preferred
Minimum 3 years as Resident Technical Officer (RTO) with experience in supervision of residential project (condo preferred
Registered with IES/ACES as RTO
Experience in Archi / M&E supervision works will be an advantage
provide standing supervision to all civil and structural works compliance with the Authority's Requirements including, but not limited to, the following for completion of the project works:
Temporary Works relating to excavation, strutting, earth retaining and stabilising structures (ERSS), ground improvement, if required
