Review and check that all works comply fully with construction drawings and documents, and approved shop drawings.
Report to Resident Engineer regularly on progress of works and evaluate the ongoing performance of contractor and brief project team accordingly.
Work closely with Resident Engineer to ensure all regulatory authorities requirements are complied with and implemented.
Implement and sustain the site supervision quality & safety assurance system.
Understand and interpret drawings and contract documents and resolve site and technical issues.
Spot and foresee potential issues and preempt abortive works by identifying non-compliance at an early stage, followed by close coordination with QP & Contractor to resolve the details for timely progress of works.
Carry out regular site checks on contractors and ensure compliance with health and work safety per MOM regulations.
Attend site progress, technical, client-consultant, variation, coordination meetings etc., with the project team and client whenever required.
A good team player with effective communication skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels.
Able to work overtime when required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
Knowledge of 3D modelling software (eg Sketchup) will be added advantage.
Able to start work around April 2026.
Contract period : 30 months, subject to extension.
