RESIDENT TECHNICAL OFFICER (Archi)

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-time site supervision of architectural works, including faade systems (curtain wall, aluminium cladding, glazing, louvers, precast, ACP, etc.).

• Supervise installation of faade components ensuring compliance with approved shop drawings and material submissions.

• Monitor workmanship quality, alignment, tolerances, and finishing standards.

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, main contractors, and specialist faade subcontractors.

• Conduct inspections, identify defects, and ensure timely rectification.

• Verify materials on site against approved samples and specifications.

• Maintain proper site records, inspection reports, and progress documentation.

• Ensure compliance with BCA regulations, project specifications, and safety standards.

• Attend site meetings and technical coordination meetings.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Building, or Construction-related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in architectural supervision.

• Strong experience in faade systems and external architectural works.

• Good knowledge of Singapore Building regulations and site practices.

• Able to work independently and manage site issues effectively.

• Good communication and coordination skills.
