Responsibilities:
- Supervises construction works to ensure compliance with approved plans, codes, and safety regulations.
- Represent clients, inspect materials/workmanship, and coordinate with contractors for projects like roads, buildings, and infrastructure
- Monitor daily construction activities to ensure adherence to technical specifications and safety standards.
- Inspect materials and workmanship to maintain high construction quality, often using specialized inspection equipment.
- Ensure contractors follow regulations set by authorities such as LTA, PUB, NEA, and BCA.
- Maintain detailed records, including daily reports, site photos, and technical reports for clients.
- Act as a liaison between consultants, contractors, and Qualified Persons (QPs) to resolve technical issues.
- Read and interpret structural, civil, or M&E drawings
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
- Min 3 years of relevant experience in civil and structural experience in building or infrastructure projects
- Proficient in preparing site inspection reports and technical documentation.
