Resident Surveyor

Responsibilities:

. Lead, plan, and manage all surveying activities on site.

. Setting up of Survey-Points and levels on site

. Plan and coordinate daily survey operations.

. Maintenance of surveying instrumentation such as Total Station, levelling instrument, etc.

. Assist the production team to produce shop drawings, as-built survey drawings and actual works - setting out if required.

. Ensure that all measurements and readings are conducted accurately, efficiently, and within set timelines.

. Attend site meeting and liaise closely with the client on land surveying matters

. To carry out site inspection from time to time as part of project quality control.

. Any other duties that assigned by a superior.

Requirements:

. Minimum 8 years of working experience relevant to the scope of work of the Contract and must have surveying skills.

. Diploma in Land Surveying.

. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in LTA projects

. Must be a registered member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV).

. Strong coordination and communication skills with people of all levels
