Resident Physician

The National Neuroscience Institute (NNI) is the national tertiary referral centre for the treatment of neurological diseases. It is also a centre of excellence for education and research. The medical care is complemented with state-of-the-art medical equipment and imaging technology, and the institute is the only one in Singaporewith dedicated and integrated departments of Neurology, Neurosurgery, and Neuroradiology. The NNI is the major provider of clinical neuroscience services to the public healthcare system.

Resident Physician is a non-specialist doctor. You will render holistic medical care and management of patients in the wards and/or specialist outpatient clinics.

Requirements:

• You must have an M.B.B.S. or equivalent basic medical degree that is recognised by the Singapore Medical Council and/or a post graduate medical qualification recognised by the Singapore Medical Council.
• At least 3 years post-housemanship experience as a medical officer (or equivalent) in Neurosurgery.
• At least 3 years active clinical practice in the relevant specialty
• Fulfill the English Language requirements of SMC
