We are a well-established general practice clinic in Singapore seeking a dedicated and experienced Resident Physician to join our team on a full-time basis. Our clinic is committed to delivering quality primary care with a patient-centered approach, and we are looking for a responsible physician who is passionate about both clinical excellence and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive medical care to a diverse patient population
- Lead and support a team of clinic staff, including training and mentoring junior members
- Participate in clinic operations and quality improvement initiatives
- Carry out medical assessments and certifications, including LPA (Lasting Power of Attorney) and AMD (Advance Medical Directive)
- Ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations and clinical standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of clinical practice experience
- GDFM (Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine) preferred
- Strong knowledge and working experience with Singapore government healthcare schemes, including:
CHAS (Community Health Assist Scheme)
Medisave
Healthier SG - Comfortable and experienced with government schemes such as LPA and AMD
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Responsible, reliable, and proactive in improving clinical operations and patient care
