We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resident Medical Officer to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients while working closely with nursing and support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations, examinations, and medical assessments.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Prescribe medications and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Provide emergency medical care and stabilize critically ill patients when required.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and laboratory reports.
• Admit, manage, and discharge patients in accordance with clinical guidelines.
• Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
• Educate patients on disease prevention, health promotion, and lifestyle modifications.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical protocols, and healthcare regulations.
• Participate in ward rounds, clinical meetings, and multidisciplinary case discussions.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and deliver ethical, evidence-based medical care.
