Job Description

Check that all necessary drawings and instructions have been given to contractors and authorizations obtained, in accordance with the agreed programme
Manage a team of Resident Technical Officer(s) in performing their duties on site supervision
Check that all construction work is carried out in a safe manner, and that the site is kept secure
Oversee all aspects of the project and keep record of works, materials, attend meetings, keeping minutes of meetings and discussions etc.
Keep a record of all measurements and tests and to bring plans into conformity with the work actually executed
Exhibit strong leadership qualities, organizational abilities, and interpersonal skills.
Accredited as a Resident Engineer with IES/ACES
