Resident Engineer

Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Resident Engineer to support the Design and Build of Upgrading Projects under the HDB HIP Programme.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and coordinating with contractors and consultants to ensure the works are carried out safely and in accordance with approved drawings and relevant regulations.

Project:
Design and Build of Upgrading Projects for the ..Housing & Development Board Home Improvement Programme (HIP).

Employment Type:
Contract - 12 months (with possible extension)

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in construction supervision.

• Possess a recognised degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.

• Accredited by Institution of Engineers Singapore / Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore or registered with Building and Construction Authority.

• Preferably with experience in Home Improvement Programme (HIP) projects.

• Strong knowledge of site supervision, quality control, and construction safety requirements.

• Good communication and coordination skills.
