Resident Engineer (Storage)

We are seeking a Junior Infrastructure Engineer with 1-2 years of experience and basic exposure to Dell Infrastructure technologies. The role involves supporting server and storage environments, assisting with infrastructure deployments, and contributing to small-scale project activities under the guidance of senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

. Provide operational support for IT infrastructure, including Dell servers and storage systems.

. Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of Dell PowerEdge servers.

. Support management and monitoring of Dell Storage solutions.

. Troubleshoot basic hardware and infrastructure-related issues.

. Assist in infrastructure implementation and migration projects.

. Support project coordination activities such as tracking tasks, documentation, and status updates.

. Maintain technical documentation and follow IT operational procedures.

Required Skills & Experience:

. 1-2 years of experience in IT infrastructure or system engineering.

. Basic knowledge or exposure to Dell Storage technologies.

. Familiarity with Dell PowerEdge servers.

. Understanding of server and storage infrastructure fundamentals.

. Basic project management or project coordination exposure.

. Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

. Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

. Exposure to enterprise IT infrastructure environments.

. Willingness to learn and grow in infrastructure technologies.
