- Supervise C&S works to ensure compliance with contract documents and acceptable standard of workmanship.
- Ensure the building works are constructed to the required quality, accuracy and full compliance in accordance with the Building Control Act and Regulations and approved drawings and specifications
- Check & approve structural shop drawings.
- Check & approve method statements submitted within specified time frame.
- Manage RFI involving C&S & liaise with Design & Drafting office.
- Resolve site problems of a technical nature in a timely manner.
- Attend, facilitate & follow-up on structural audits conducted by client & Authorities
- Manage structural materials test, arrange and supervise acceptance tests on site.
- Check & monitor that works are carried out in a safe and proper manner.
- Ensure proper documentation and records of all C&S works, including records of test, defect rectification, inspections, work progress, material testing and safety inspections.
- Ensure as-built documents under C&S are submitted promptly to the Authorities.
- Attend site, progress, variation and coordination meetings.
- Liaise with relevant authorities as & when required.
- Any other works, as and when required by the Client as stipulated in the project contract's requirements.
