Requirements
- Possess relevant degree from a recognized University and is a registered Resident Engineer with IES.
- Minimum 10 years of C&S work experience in supervision of residential/institutional development with strong knowledge of top-down construction, precast structures, structural steel and local construction practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- AutoCad and BIM knowledge preferred.
- Good supervisory and leadership skills.
- Possess effective communication skills and able to interact with people at all levels.
