Manage and plan project timelines, budgets and staffing
Create and interpret digital blueprints and structure plans
Inspect construction project sites for safety and efficiency
Calculate project costs and create budgets for construction
Design project proposals and record incidents or errors
Provide guidance to the construction and materials staff
Improve accessibility and efficiency in cities and structures
Collaborate with construction and design professionals
Attending Client/Consultant's site meeting and technical meeting if required by Client / Consultant
Study environmental effects of projects and installations
Regularly report to the Architect / Engineer and Owner's Project Manager on all relevant matters
To work closely with Project QP and Client's appointed QA/QC engineer to ensure the quality of works as carried out by the Contractor is satisfactory
Requirements:
Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering from a recognized University by Professional Engineers Board, Singapore and registered with IES/ACES as a Resident Engineer
Minimum 5 years of C&S work experience with strong knowledge on construction of residential projects and new building (foundation to superstructure works).
Familiar with local authority requirements, codes of practice, and site supervision procedures.
Good understanding of quality control and site safety practices.
