Lead and manage the mechanical and electrical (M&E) design and engineering activities.
Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of M&E systems for construction projects.
Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure integration and coordination of M&E systems with overall project design.
Review and analyze project specifications, drawings, and technical documents.
Prepare and present technical proposals and reports to clients and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the design and construction of M&E systems.
Manage and monitor project progress, budget, and quality of deliverables.
Must be able to review and do design calculations for approval.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as Resident Engineer which at least 3 years shall be in the supervision of works similar in nature to the works in the civil constractors also have minimum 3 years of experience in M&E works.
