Job Requirement
- Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering
- Accredited RE IES/ACES as C&S Resident Engineers (RE)
- A minimum of four (4) years of relevant engineering experience, particularly in the supervision of civil infrastructure works or similar projects.
- Strong analytical abilities, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Independent and organized, with a positive work attitude.

Job Description
- Ensure the contractor adheres to safety and quality standards in compliance with statutory requirements.
- Review project drawings and specifications, raising any discrepancies or potential issues with the appointed Qualified Person and project consultants/clients.
- Supervise the project to verify that all work aligns with project specifications, construction drawings, and the Building Control Act and Regulations.
- Oversee all aspects of project construction, maintaining and submitting comprehensive records.
- Manage and supervise Resident Technical Officers (RTOs) to ensure they provide effective site supervision.
- To take turn with RTO for night work supervision as and when necessary.
- Review contractor submissions, work method statements, and work demonstrations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve discrepancies to prevent delays.
- Attend site meetings, identify potential problems, and recommend solutions.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as directed.
