Job Description

Lead on-site supervision of construction activities to enforce compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Conduct regular inspections and tests on materials and workmanship to verify adherence to project specifications and quality requirements
Facilitate clear and timely communication between clients, contractors, and project teams to align project objectives and resolve issues
Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of daily activities, progress, and inspection reports to support project tracking and evaluation
Ensure all construction activities comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements to mitigate risks and uphold standards
Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to integrate project components and achieve cohesive execution
Apply engineering principles and technical knowledge to assess construction processes and recommend improvements
Manage multiple tasks effectively by prioritizing responsibilities and meeting project deadlines
Analyse on-site challenges promptly and develop practical solutions to maintain project momentum
Communicate complex technical information clearly in both written and verbal formats to diverse stakeholders
Exercise meticulous attention to detail to identify discrepancies and uphold quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or M&E
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the capacity of RE for supervision of building projects in Singapore.
Good communication skills
Accreditation of C&S RE Certificate by IES
