Resident Engineer C&S (Hillview)

. To carry out site supervision and inspection of the works including any off-site manufacturing as instructed by the consultant team so as to ensure that the works are constructed to require quality and accuracy.

. To monitor progress of the works on site and at any off-site manufacturing facilities and report delays immediately.

. To provide standing supervision as and when directed by the consultant team.

. To check services routes and contractor's setting out and report any deviations to the consultant team.

. To verify reports and claims submitted by contractors.

. To record all variations as instructed or approved by consultant team.

. To manage site team

. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.

• At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required skills: supervision in PPVC construction, structural steel construction, precast construction, bored piles & drive/jacked-in piles. Supervision of architectural works.
• Registered with BCA-IES as Resident Engineer
• Work location: Hillview
• Project: Instituition Building
• Contract duration: estimate 3 - 4 years
• Able to start work by May/Jun 2026
• Able to provide rapport to key stake-holders to facilitate progress of work.
• Able to exercise good judgement in the work to achieve balance in quality control and site progress.
