Job Summary
You will lead site supervision activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and project specifications, driving quality control and construction safety for civil and structural engineering projects.
Responsibilities
- Execute site supervision duties in compliance with the Building Control Act and Regulations to ensure regulatory adherence and project integrity
- Conduct thorough site inspections to identify and resolve construction issues, ensuring alignment with project requirements
- Review, evaluate, and assess method statements to verify feasibility and compliance with engineering standards
- Supervise and enforce site quality control measures to maintain high construction standards and minimize defects
- Coordinate site works to implement and uphold construction safety protocols, reducing risks and ensuring a safe working environment
Required competencies and certifications
- RE shall be an engineer in the civil/structural discipline with qualification accredited by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience supervising civil works projects of similar scope and complexity
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience working on Land Transport Authority (LTA) projects is advantageous
