Minimum 8 years of experience, of which at least 5 years in major construction works in buildings, architectural and fitting out works
Possess degree recognised by BOA
Must be a Singaporean / PR
Conversant with statutory code and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedures, construction administration and submission of progress report
Possess strong leadership skills
Familiar with all procedures in the Workplace Safety & Health Manual
Supervise all works to ensure that Contractor complies with all Contract/Authority/Agency requirements
Manage a team of Site Staff, and lead the supervision of architectural works
Review all drawings and specifications and highlight any discrepancies, non-workable and/or missing details to Architect
Review and comment on all construction method statements, risk assessments for works, workplans, Design for Safety (DfS) workshops and SOP proposals
Assist Architect with application for TOP and CSC
Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion and prepare necessary site progress and status report for update to Client
Adhere to regulations and requirements of all stakeholders for any supervision work, while ensuring proper supervision
Monitor contractors safety performance, and participate actively in site safety management
