Resident Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Full-time site supervision from project start until completion milestones are achieved.

• Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design drawings, specifications, and local regulations.

• Monitor workmanship to maintain required standards of quality, safety, and environmental compliance.

• Conduct regular site inspections, track progress, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve technical and site issues.

• Ensure compliance with building regulations and authority requirements, including support for inspections and audits.

• Prepare and submit regular progress reports (daily, weekly, monthly), highlighting risks, delays, and quality concerns.

Requirements

• Diploma in Architecture or relevant discipline.

• Minimum 8 years of architectural experience, including at least 5 years in construction supervision of similar scale projects.

• Full-time site-based role required for at least 6 months prior to BSC and until CWW approval is obtained.

• Strong knowledge of construction supervision, local building codes, and authority requirements.

• Experience in coordinating with contractors and consultants on-site.
