Contract Duration: 1 May 2026 to 30 June 2027

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and inspect architectural works on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and authorities requirements
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and the project team on site matters and technical issues
  • Review and monitor shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements
  • Ensure works are carried out in accordance with project quality standards and timelines
  • Identify and resolve design discrepancies, site issues, and construction challenges
  • Attend site meetings and provide updates on architectural progress
  • Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
  • Assist in resolving Requests for Information (RFIs) and site instructions
  • Support the project team in inspections, testing and commissioning processes
  • Maintain proper documentation and site records
  • Monitor Contractor's Progress and report to the project team

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution
  • Registered Architect with the Board of Architects Singapore
  • Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience, with prior experience as a Resident Architect or in a similar site-based role in Singapore
  • Good knowledge of local codes, regulations
  • Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
