Responsibilities

• Perform medical-grade aesthetic treatments including injectables (Botox, skin boosters, fillers), Pico Laser, Helio laser treatments, chemical peels, and thread lifts to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Develop and recommend personalized patient treatment plans based on thorough assessment of patient concerns and clinical indications
• Conduct detailed consultations to advise patients on treatment options and expected results, ensuring informed decision-making
• Monitor and review patient progress against treatment plans, adjusting protocols to maximize efficacy and safety
• Maintain consistently high standards of patient care and clinical hygiene in compliance with medical regulations
• Manage patient enquiries by providing clear education about treatment courses and post-treatment care to enhance patient understanding and satisfaction
• Train and mentor clinic staff on aesthetic procedures and patient care protocols to uphold clinical excellence
• Foster a collaborative and respectful workplace environment that supports performance and shared mission delivery
• Administer medical-grade chemical peels with precision and adherence to safety standards
• Promote a friendly, warm, and exceptional patient experience to build trust and loyalty

Required competencies and certifications

• Medical degree: MBBS, MBChB, MBBCh, MD or equivalent
• Registration as a medical doctor with the Singapore Medical Council
• Attainment of all relevant Certificate of Competence (COCs) for aesthetic procedures
