Responsibilities
- Perform medical-grade aesthetic treatments including injectables (Botox, skin boosters, fillers), Pico Laser, Helio laser treatments, chemical treatments, and thread lift to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Develop and implement personalized patient treatment plans based on thorough assessment of patient concerns and clinical indications
- Conduct patient consultations to provide expert advice and education on treatment options and expected results
- Monitor and review patient progress against treatment plans to ensure effectiveness and adjust protocols as needed
- Maintain high standards of clinical care and patient safety throughout all procedures
- Manage patient enquiries by delivering clear, informative responses and educating patients on treatment courses
- Administer medical-grade chemical peels with precision and adherence to safety protocols
- Foster a friendly, warm, and exceptional patient experience that supports patient satisfaction and retention
- Provide training and guidance to clinic staff to uphold clinical standards and improve service delivery
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote a workplace culture of respect, performance, and teamwork aligned with the clinic's mission
Required competencies and certifications
- Medical degree: MBBS, MBChB, MBBCh, MD or equivalent
- Registration as a medical doctor with the Singapore Medical Council
- Attainment of all relevant Certificate of Competence (COCs) for aesthetic procedures
