Key Responsibilities
The Residence Manager is part of the management team that provides comprehensive property management services including:
Management & Maintenance Services:
- Regular property inspections (weekly by HQ Management Team, twice daily by Site Management Staff)
- Establishing performance standards for contractors
- Supervising repairs and maintenance works
- Managing vendor relationships and procurement processes
Administrative Services:
- Handling correspondence and resident feedback
- Managing complaints, enquiries, and suggestions
- Coordinating with authorities for licenses and permits
- Human resource management for on-site staff
- Organizing social activities (at least 4 events per year)
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Fridays (except Wednesdays): 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Wednesdays (rotation basis): 8:30 AM - 8:00 PM
- Saturdays (rotation basis): 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM
