  • Remuneration Package: Up to $3,300 Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
  • Working Arrangement: Primarily Work from Home while the new office is under renovation
  • Working Schedule: Five-day work week on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays

We are assisting our client, an award-winning luxury hospitality and travel operator, in hiring a Reservations & Travel Experience Executive. This position is ideal for a customer-focused travel professional who enjoys coordinating reservations, managing travel arrangements and supporting international guests throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound accommodation and travel enquiries through email, live chat and telephone.
  • Process reservations, amendments, cancellations, payments and booking confirmations accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate accommodation, transportation, meals and other travel arrangements with hotels, vendors and service partners.
  • Maintain accurate guest profiles, reservation records, correspondence and travel documentation.
  • Follow up with guests on travel documents details, visa requirements and other information required for their journey.
  • Provide accurate information on room rates, promotions, facilities and travel services while recommending suitable options to support revenue opportunities.
  • Resolve booking and travel-related issues promptly while maintaining clear communication with guests, partners and internal teams.
  • Meet and welcome guests at the ferry terminal, assisting with boarding passes, luggage check-in, customs and immigration procedures.
  • Accompany guests by ferry, keep them informed throughout the journey and ensure a smooth handover to the local hospitality team.

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in reservations, inbound travel, hotel reservations, travel operations or a related hospitality position.
  • Experience within an inbound travel agency will be a strong advantage.
  • Strong customer-service, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English additional language capabilities are advantageous.
  • Meticulous and organised, with the ability to manage multiple bookings and priorities accurately.
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating closely with the team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing travel environment.
  • Willing to work rotating shifts, including early shifts, weekends and public holidays.
  • Comfortable travelling by ferry when assigned to travel-hosting duties.
