Job Description

  • To have an overview of the structure, roles and responsibilities in the Reservation Department.
  • To understand all Reservations Policies and Procedures.
  • To learn thoroughly the Resort's product such as the various room types, room packages, resort facilities, Shangri-La Circle & Reservation's Standard Operating Procedure On the billing instructions.
  • To know about ISG & OTAs report handling processes:
  • Opera system
  • Book360
  • SynXis
  • To understand about the telephone call procedure, ethical and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • To understand about the Room quotation procedures via calls or emails
  • To understand on how to handle Airport transfer arrangements.
  • To understand the how to operate the systems and their code:
  • Opera system
  • Book360
  • To understand the processes to handle special request such as room decoration, storage of medication or special food items.
