As a Reservations Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued guests, ensuring their journey starts on a high note. You'll be part of a passionate team that thrives on delivering personalized experiences, helping passengers from around the globe feel special and well taken care of.
Monday to Friday, having 2 shifts (9am to 2pm / 5pm to 10pm), so flexibility to work across different hours
What You'll Be Doing:
- Making Dreams Come True (Literally): Handle and manage VIP reservations for our exclusive Meet & Greet services. Every booking counts - and you'll be the one to make it happen!
- Creating Memorable Experiences: Provide personalized service to our guests, answering queries, providing information, and ensuring every need is met with a smile (even if they can't see it!).
- Teamwork in Action: Work closely with our operations and sales teams to ensure every detail is sorted for our passengers. Think of yourself as the behind-the-scenes hero.
- Keeping Things Organized: Keep our reservation system running smoothly, ensure reports are up to date, and manage payments and billing in a seamless and efficient manner.
- Problem-Solving: Sometimes things don't go as planned - but no worries! You'll handle any bumps in the road with grace, finding quick solutions to ensure our guests continue to have a top-tier experience.
- Shift Magic: Whether it's the rush of a busy evening or a quiet early morning, you'll be on top of all reservations, ensuring everything runs smoothly across different shifts.
What We're Looking For:
- A customer-focused attitude with a flair for making people feel welcome and valued.
- Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent qualification.
- 1-2 years experience in customer service or reservations, ideally in a hospitality or aviation setting.
- Good with tech - basic proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must. Familiarity with reservation software Even better!
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to engage with people.
- Comfortable working shift hours
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
