Reservation & Sales Executive (Commission-Based | Remote Option)
Job Summary
This role focuses on handling enquiries and converting them into confirmed bookings. You will earn a base salary with attractive commission based on your performance.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to enquiries via WhatsApp, email, and other channels to engage potential guests
- Follow up with potential guests to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Provide accurate and clear information on room types, rates, and availability to support guest decisions
- Assist guests in completing bookings through the company's reservation system
- Maintain organized records of leads and booking statuses to track sales progress
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth booking processes and guest satisfaction
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Strong communication skills in written and verbal forms to engage and convert customers
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision while maintaining responsiveness
- Sales-driven mindset with disciplined follow-up to maximize booking conversions
- Basic computer skills including email, spreadsheets, and messaging tools for daily tasks

Salary & Commission
- Base Salary: From SGD 800 - 1,000
- Commission: Earn a percentage for every confirmed booking
- Higher performance leads to higher earnings with no cap
