We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Reservation cum Product Development Executive to support both client reservations and product development. This role combines operational support, client interaction, and creative input to ensure smooth bookings and exciting travel offerings.
Responsibilities:
Reservations & Client Services:
- Handle client inquiries and reservations via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a seamless booking experience.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries, packages, and quotation proposals for international clients.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, guides, and other service partners.
- Ensure all emails, inquiries, and requests are cleared daily with no backlog.
Product Developments:
- Assist in designing and updating tour packages, experiences, and travel products.
- Research emerging travel trends, destinations, and activities to enhance product offerings.
- Ensure all products (hotels, activities) are uploaded into the system prior to release.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for new product launches.
- Monitor competitor offerings and suggest innovative solutions to maintain a competitive edge.
- Perform ad-hoc assignments and projects as required.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in travel reservations, operations, or product development preferred.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays on a rostered basis.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused.
- Creative and solution-oriented mindset.
