Overview of the role
Euromonitor's research methodology is based on the understanding that the best research is carried out as close to the source as possible and to gain best access to local information we employ Contract In-Country Analysts (ICAs) across our research markets. ICAs form a key and integral part of Euromonitor's global research operations. Our use of contract-based workers also offers the flexibility required for the range and volume of projects which are a feature of our ad hoc research arm's operations.
The Research Operations Team oversees ICAs (freelance), Experts (freelance) and Vendors full life cycle at Euromonitor. This includes recruitment, contracting and onboarding, training, project allocation, career development, evaluation, and compensation.
The ROPs Associate advisor is tasked with the recruiting, staffing, and training of our freelance ICAs for both syndicated and consulting research teams in the APAC region. The focus of this role is primarily managing the health of our regional ICA pool, but also supporting other activities related to research operations.
