Research Officer (LQJ Lab), IMCB

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Officer to join our research team at Dr Li Qi-Jings laboratory, supporting the teams work on novel immune cell therapies.

Job Description

Primary responsibilities will include:

• Provide technical support for postdoctoral researchers such as cloning, gene editing, DNA and RNA purification, and cell culture.
• Maintain accurate records of research projects, including documentation of all research work.
• Other lab and administrative duties to support lab operations eg. ordering, maintaining inventories.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Biology, Biomedical Sciences or related field
• Prior experience in molecular biology techniques, including cloning and gene editing preferred.
• Responsible, motivated, organized, and able to work independently and with others
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
