RESEARCH MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage research projects from planning to completion
• Design research methodologies, data collection, and analysis
• Oversee data accuracy, reporting, and documentation
• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for management
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (clients, consultants, authorities)
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for research activities
• Supervise and mentor research staff or engineers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related field
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience (research / technical / analysis)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, software, reporting tools)
• Strong communication and report-writing skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
