You'll analyse needs and not just make recommendations, but develop solutions as well, under the tutelage of a former policy director. Useful if you want to explore analyst jobs in future.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Research on topics relevant for youth self-confidence in navigating the ups and downs of life, in the face of uncertainty, failure and social envy.
- Curate resources for youth based on your research. This could be in the form of ebooks, articles, food-for-thought social media content.
- Evaluate pre- and post- coaching surveys. Write a report on the findings using both quantitative and qualitative data.
- You are free to propose topics for research and development that are of interest to you, as long as they align with the growth mindset!
