We are seeking a Research Fellow to be in charge of an experimental apparatus aiming to develop a quantum processor based on Neutral Atom Arrays. The role will focus on developing the experiment, data acquisition and analysis, and supervision of undergraduate and PhD students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop numerical twins for digital quantum computer

  • Develop mapping of many-body problems into class of Hamiltonians compatible with our experimental machines

  • Report on at least on a weekly basis to the principal investigator

  • Supervise and train young researchers

Job Requirements

  • PhD in Theoretical Physics, with a specialization in Quantum Physics, Optics, or a closely related field

  • Proven knowledge, experience, or exposure to areas such as condensed-matter physics, AMO physics, and Rydberg physics.

  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with an experimental research team.

  • Experience in supervising or mentoring students or junior researchers would be advantageous.
