The Singapore Hybrid Integrated Next-Generation -Electronics (SHINE) research centre in National University of Singapore (NUS) is looking for applicants for a Research Fellow position to assist in the photonic aspects of Hybrid Process Integration.
The successful candidate will focus on developing and optimizing waveguide couplers for photonic integrated circuits. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of semiconductor technology and collaborate with industry partners and academic researchers.

. PhD degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Material Science or its equivalent from a reputable University/Institute is preferred, or equivalent related experience.
. Experienced in photonics simulation such as Ansys and Zemax is prefered.
. Experienced in data processing software such as OriginLabs, MATLAB, and basic scripting.
. Candidate familiar with microelectronics, characterisation and strong in data analysis.
. Ability to work independently, communicate and collaborate within a diverse team.
. Open to fixed term contract.
