Job Description

The successful candidate will work with Asst. Prof. Nguyen Hung Minh Tan on symmetry in deep learning under a project on Mathematically Principled Frameworks for Designing Deep Learning Models.

The main responsibilities of the position include:
1) Conducting research on behavioral control and reasoning in transformers and large language models using the properties of the model's symmetry.
2) Publishing conference and journal papers in mathematics and machine learning.
3) Mentoring Master's and PhD students.

Qualifications / Discipline:
. PhD in Computer Science or Applied Mathematics or Mathematics

Skills:
. Machine Learning/Mathematics/Dynamical Systems

Experience:
. Publications in leading machine learning conferences or top mathematics journals, or at least 3 years of post-PhD experience
