We are hiring a Research Fellow in IC design to design and realize high speed high efficiency analog/RF ICs. The Research Fellow is also expected to support teaching activities as required by the school.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop high‑performance, low‑power digital, mixed‑signal, RF, and analog integrated circuits (ICs). Development cycle includes circuit design, simulation, modeling, layout, and verification.
Explore and apply AI and machine learning techniques for IC design and optimization.
Develop scripts and algorithms for analog IC design
Assist the school in various teaching activities, including instructing or supervision of labs and tutorials
Job Requirements:
PhD (Research Fellow) in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other related fields.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in IC design/Electronics
Familiar with Analog/RF/Digital/mixed-signal IC design
Proficiency in Cadence
Proficiency in Python and Matlab
Experience in implementing algorithms for machine learning
Good written and oral communication skills
