Research Fellow (Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence)

We are looking for a Research Fellow to conduct the research for the project entitled Manual Assembly Job Quality Inspection. The role will focus on research and development of AIalgorithms for sensor fusion and defect detection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to perform sensor fusion and defect detection.

• System integration of the developed algorithms.

• Overseeing project budget and coordinating the procurement and maintenance of equipment.

• Providing mentorship and academic guidance to students.

• Preparing and compiling reports pertaining to the project.

Job Requirements:

• PhD degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or related field.

• Min 3 years of relevant experience in computer vision, artificial intelligence, etc.

• Proficiency in programming languages like C and Python, as well as deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.

• Knowledge in imaging and computing device and equipment.

• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team.

• Good publication records preferred.
