Research Fellow/AI Informatician/Contract

Job Summary

We are looking for a Research Fellow/Research Assistant to support one of our esteemed clients in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary research environment. The role involves contributing to translational research at the intersection of AI and immunology, with a focus on data analysis and lab support.

Responsibilities

• Participate in integrative translational research involving AI, immunology, immunopathology, and immune-imaging.
• Support and contribute to the design and execution of multi-disciplinary R&D projects.
• Apply computational tools to analyze complex biological datasets.
• Assist with general laboratory maintenance and operational duties.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Biomedical, Biological, Life Sciences, or related fields like informatics or AI.
• Strong Python programming skills and experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Knowledge of image processing and computer vision tools (e.g., OpenCV, scikit-image).
• Ability to analyze large biological datasets, including immunology and sequencing data.
• Experience with lab techniques such as cell culture, FACS, and histology.
• Motivated, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and in a team.
• Good project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
