Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of a modular simulation platform.
Develop and implement simulation and optimization models.
Translate healthcare system processes into scalable simulation architecture.
Conduct literature review and integrate relevant research into model development.
Support data integration, calibration, and validation using healthcare datasets.
Contribute to academic publications, reports, and conference presentations.
Coordinate with collaborators from healthcare institutions and research partners.
Guide development processes including Al-assisted coding and software implementation.
Any other duties assigned.

Qualifications

PhD in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, or related quantitative disciplines.
Strong programming skills in Python.
Experience in simulation modelling (preferably discrete-event simulation).
Strong software/system design capability (e.g., object-oriented programming, modular architecture).
Familiarity with optimization and quantitative modelling.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to contribute to academic writing and research publications.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in interdisciplinary research teams.
Experience in healthcare analytics or healthcare operations research is an advantage.
