Job Description

The Research Executive supports recruitment delivery through candidate sourcing, talent research, and recruitment coordination. This role focuses on identifying suitable candidates and supporting consultants in fulfilling hiring assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct candidate sourcing and talent research across relevant industries
• Identify and shortlist potential candidates based on job requirements
• Screen resumes and support candidate profiling
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the process
• Provide research and administrative support to the recruitment team

Job Requirements

• Degree in any discipline
• Strong research and organisational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently
• Has experience in internal or agency recruitment, talent sourcing, or HR operations
